神奇的心理暗示

 American psychologist Rosenthal and Professor Jacobsen once conducted an experiment. They took an experimental group into an ordinary primary school and explained to the principals and teachers that they were going to test the students'development potential. They randomly selected some students from 18 classes of six grades, then provided the list to the teachers, and solemnly told them that the students on the list were the most potential students in the school, and repeatedly asked the teachers to pay attention to long-term observation without telling themselves. Eight months later, when they returned to the primary school, they were surprised to find that the students on the list not only made remarkable progress in their academic performance and intellectual performance, but also made great changes in their interest, conduct and teacher-student relationship.

    这一现象被称为“期望效应”。教师期望效应是一种激发个人的心理潜力,提高学习效果的暗示手段。这一理论在学校教育中被广泛运用,它在家庭教育中也处于十分有价值的地位。比如你在和别人聊天时谈到自己的孩子,你的夸赞和对孩子某项长处的肯定,当着外人多夸自己的孩子,就是一种积极的暗示,孩子听到后在他的内心会激发出向你所肯定的方向积极努力的动力,在不知不觉中达到父母所期望的目标。

    这就是我经常说的你把孩子当土狼来养,孩子就会成为士狼,你把孩子当狮子王来养,孩子就会成为狮子王。亲子放人镜学员廖彬的妈妈有一根教棍,每次廖彬作业没完成成者考试没考好,就会受到惩罚。因为害怕挨打,廖彬还把妈妈的教棍藏了起来。为了去除他的恐惧心理,我和孩子打了个赌:把教棍还给妈妈,我保证期中考试之前她不会再打你,谁输了,就做100个俯卧撑。

   妈妈的教棍实际上对廖彬形成一种心理暗示,造成廖彬一考试就紧张,越紧张越考不好,考不好又要挨打,形成恶性循环。这和某中学为了防止学生跳楼加装铁护栏是一个道理,把学校弄成了“监狱”,反倒让学生的情绪更压抑了。在生活中,我们不仅要加强积极的心理暗示,还要防止这种无意识的心理暗示。
